The mill is only partially wheelchair accessible due to some stairways on the route of the guided tour. The tour can however be modified to respond the visitors' needs.

Every tour begins with a ten-minute-documentary in the old calendering room of the mill which is wheelchair accessible. The film can be subtitled. After this, the group moves into the groundwood and board mill. Inside, there are some benches for the visitors to sit down during the tour.  When the tour continues downstairs, it is possible to stay upstairs and wait for the group to come back from the drying loft. While waiting you can read a booklet with the main things that the guide tells and explains to the group at the same time.

The cafe, the toilets and some of the shops in the museum area are wheelchair accessible.
