Relive the past in the present day

 

Verla Mill, now a museum and one of the sites on the UNESCO World Heritage List, is a living monument to the early day of the Finnish forest industry. Set in an idyllic village, it also tells of the people who once lived and worked there.

Verla Mill Museum is open 2.5.-12.9.2010 from Tuesday to Sunday 10 am - 6 pm. 

The museum is owned and maintained by the UPM-Kymmene Corporation

Verla Mill Museum was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1996.
